TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM40.00 ++ per bed per night without breakfast for Superior and Deluxe rooms.
• Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM50.00 ++ per bed per night with buffet breakfast applicable for Junior Suite only.
• No extra room charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
• Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
• Check In Time : 2.00 pm
• Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Extended check-out during Peak Period :
Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed.
After 6pm - one day's rate imposed.
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
• We accept most major credit card -Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.
• Rates are not applicable during Formula One period from 19 to 21 March 2004.
• No booking will be accepted during our Black Out Period from 29 February 2004 to 07 March 2004.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

THE GRAND BALLROOM/MEETING ROOM

Convention organizers and event managers will be served well as Grand Seasons offers a Ballroom that can cater for 1,500 guests at cocktail parties, equipped with a stage, and supported by the latest in audio-visual equipment and technical accessories.In addition, there are 11 meeting rooms, which caters for as few as 50 to a maximum of 240 guests, as well as a state-of-the-art Auditorium that seats 348 guests.
