L’Aigle d’Or ** FRENCH L’Aigle d'Or's reputation in Singapore is second to none, and after you dine here, you'll understand why. The French menu is perfection, the setting is classic, and the staff is extremely attentive and charming. Like many of the other European restaurants in Singapore, their menu changes regularly with the seasons, so you may find different dishes than on your last visit. This time around the menu featured a gorgeous veal rib, pan-fried and tender. For something different, try the pan-fried foie gras and rhubarb ravioli, a current house specialty and unbelievably tasty in a tangy raspberry sauce. As you would expect, the wine list is top of the line, the cheese selection is excellent, and the desserts are unmentionable. If you're looking for someplace truly ,pecial, you can't do better.
